True Legacy Auto Solutions provides independent vehicle valuation services. Our reviews and opinions are based on the information available to us and do not guarantee a change to an insurer’s valuation or payment.

Appraisal clause services, when offered, depend on the applicable insurance policy, claim, and state law. An appraisal clause may not be available for every claim. We will confirm the scope of any service and our role in a separate written agreement before work begins.

We do not provide legal advice or undertake insurance claim adjustment or settlement negotiation on a customer’s behalf. You remain responsible for your claim, including any notices, decisions, and deadlines, unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns us a specific task that we may lawfully perform.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to help organize intake information, prepare communications, and research vehicle market data. A person reviews and approves final vehicle valuations, customer-specific recommendations, and decisions about the services we provide. AI does not make those final decisions for us.

Submitting an inquiry or uploading documents does not create a service agreement, invoke an appraisal clause, or extend any deadline.
